Warm Up Routines and Practices No. 1

The dvd demonstrates 24 routines and exercises
for use at club training sessions, school practices
and pre-match warm-ups.

The PRACTICES are organised for eight or more
players, and smaller groups of two, three, four and
six players.

  


 

 

The CARDS accompanying this video illustrate the
practices. You can take them and use them at your
coaching sessions as a reminder of how the practices
work.
