Centre Pass No.3
Description of move
WA is
double marked by the C and WD, and the GA has been
forced wide by the GD
Instead of forcing the pass to either the WA or
GA, the pass goes to the WD, who moves towards
the C
The WD passes to the WA
The ball can either be passed straight into the GS
or if the GS pulls the GK away, then to the GA
Coaching Points
As the WD and GD are concentrating on stopping the
pass going forward, they will probably be in the centre third,
so the pass from the WD to the WA, who is heading
to the top of the circle should be relatively safe
The GA needs to pull the GD away to create
an easy passing route for the WD to pass to the WA
