pass - Australia v South
Africa test series 2003
1. WA and GA set up on the opposite side of the court to the
normal set up.
2. C passes to GA, and then gives a quick pass back to the
C
3. WA drives forward to take the next pass.
4. WA then passes to the GA who has made a fast sprint to
the circle.
Other
option could be for the WA to pass to the GS, if she is available.
Coaching
Points
Quick
1-2 between the GA and the C, with the C receiving the ball
somewhere near the transverse line.
WA to time her drive so that she can receive a quick
pass from the C.
WA to have good body control when she catches the ball,
just in case she can't off load immediately.
Practice makes perfect!!!
