PARALLEL
PASS Centre Pass
The C passes the ball
to the GA, (pass 1).
The GA passes a PARALLEL PASS to the GD, (pass 2).
The WA then drops back into the pocket to receive from the
GD, (pass 3).
The GS shapes to come forward and then drops back under the
post, to receive
the ball from the WA, (pass 4).
Coaching
Points
Players must be aware of each other, otherwise they could
get in each other's way!!
The
GS could just come out on a dummy run and the WA could hit
the GA who has made her
drive into the circle.
Can
you do the same kind of move using the WA so she passes to
the WD.
Where does the ball go next? Who moves where?
