BALLOONS!!
Here's an exercise Mary Bearwood
used in one of her excellent workshops,
and I hope she doesn't mind if I use it here.
- Players
work in 2's
- They
have to keep 4/5 balloons in the air, all at the same time
- They
have to communicate with each other and tell each other
which balloon is getting close to the ground
- As
the players get the hang of the exercise you can introduce
more balloons
- You
can decide how long to keep your players working for.
- An
unusual exercise, but one that really gets your players
going and one that helps them with their fitness, reactions
and team work!!
